Welcome

I’d like to welcome you to the very first post from The Crafty Postman. This is a brief introduction into the blog, my ideas and me, the person behind the blog.

Firstly id like to take the time to introduce my self, my name is Sean and I’m a postman with a huge love and admiration for all things craft! The love for craft beer started many years ago and has grown exponentially over the past few years. I started out drinking local real ales (and still occasionally do) and quickly discovered a world of  first class craft breweries literally outside my front door, since then I’ve never looked back. I love discovering new beers, new styles and new places to drink. I also love sharing my  experiences with people who also enjoy fantastic beers. That is my main reason for writing this blog,  to document my travels, to highlight my best beers and also my worst and I hope that Intime this blog may become useful for you to gather an honest review, or  even better inspire you to try something new altogether!

With regards to content I have a Facebook and a Instagram account which can be found by following the links at the top of this page. I will be aiming to post at least 2 quick beer reviews a week via the Instagram page, these will be short snappy reviews that should still hopefully capture the essence of the beer and give an honest review, there will be similar posts on the Facebook page but content will be a little more detailed. Id appreciate it if you could take the time to follow me on Instagram and also like my Facebook page to make sure you don’t miss out on any content!

I’m attending the Omnipollo/Buxton tap takeover tomorrow (06/09/2018) and I’m hoping to get my experience and review of the event wrote up and posted early next week, after I’ve recovered from the impending hangover…

I hope you will take the time to read my future posts and share your thoughts about my experiences and reviews. I’ll be sure to post on my Facebook page when the newest blog has been written.

I look forward to having you join me,

For now Stay Crafty.
